We build the software Zambian businesses run on — and we're still here when it breaks.

Payroll, school admin, bookings and billing — built in Lusaka, maintained by the team that built it.

Most Zambian businesses still run payroll on spreadsheets, take bookings over WhatsApp and chase fees on paper. The foreign alternatives are priced in dollars, don't understand how you actually get paid here, and put support in a timezone that's asleep when you need it. We build around how your business already works, connect to the payment rails you already use, and we're in Lusaka when something goes wrong.

What we've built

Don't take our word for it — open them. Skoolman, Quiqa and XP are live right now, and you can click through all three before you ever message us. XP calculates PAYE, NAPSA and NHIMA because we run payroll ourselves every month: the first version was built for our own aviation training institute, where the staff, the fees and the mistakes are real ones. Incorporated in Lusaka in 2013, and still answering the phone.

We also build training simulators — Visinity Marshalling and ATC — for aviation training institutions. Alongside case management systems, appointment booking platforms, parcel and logistics tracking, and custom line-of-business apps. Built to fit, then maintained.
